BReal ACH account for Vendor Payments

To begin the online application, please complete the following form. This form simply notifies us that an application has begun.

This application is for an ACH merchant account, generally to be used for paying out to vendors. Costs are:

• $19.95 monthly
• $0.50 per transaction
• $0.17 Validation (if used)
• $2.50 per returned item (account closed, etc.)

Fees are charged to you, the property manager, on a monthly basis. You are invoiced monthly 1 month in arrears and debited on or about the 10th of each month.

If you will only be using the account for paying out to vendors, choose only Payroll/Vendor Payments in the Intended Use section.
